You can probably chalk it up to the weather but the truth of the matter is that the common cold is something that we can't really avoid. All we can really do is make sure that we go about the right actions so that we are well once again. Here are a couple of ways in which the cold can be helped, organic olive oil being seen amongst them as well. 1. Make sure that you get as much rest as possible until you're better. This probably goes without saying, especially considering just how quickly individuals are ready to go to bed, much sooner that they would have on a normal basis. For the sake of becoming well, make sure that you stay inside of your warm house for a few days, not pushing yourself much, if at all. This is a simple step, of course, but it is one that is surprisingly overlooked these days. 2. There are a number of drinks that can be consumed du
